Role Description

As an Account Manager for Accounting Firms, you will drive revenue growth by managing new and existing relationships with accounting practices, CPA firms, and bookkeeping firms across Singapore. You will manage outbound outreach, presentations, negotiations, closing, and ongoing partner success.

You will represent Jaz at key meetings and industry events, strategically positioning our AI-first accounting platform to practice owners and senior accountants. This role is based in our Singapore office with a hybrid remote schedule and regular client engagement.

The right candidate has spent enough time in or around accounting firms to speak the language credibly - and has since found that the commercial, client-facing side of the work is where they do their best work.

Qualifications

• Non-negotiable: High agency, smart, learns fast
• Min 2, Max 4 years of sales, business development, or account management experience in B2B technology or professional services companies (early-stage startup experience preferred)
• Genuine familiarity with how accounting and bookkeeping firms operate - you can hold a credible conversation with a practice owner or senior accountant without preparation
• Working knowledge of Singapore GST, IRAS filing requirements, and SME compliance basics
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to proactively manage pipeline and funnels in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, or a related field
• Big win: Prior experience at an accounting software company, CPA firm, or outsourced accounting provider

Pay: $3,500.00 - $4,500.00 per month
