Our client, a boutique workplace design firm, is looking for an Account Manager to join their growing team.
About the Role
- Achieve Annual Quotas and Implement an Effective Business Plan
- Manage the Sales Process and Own the Client Relationship
- Participate in Planning, Programming, Selection, Budgets, and Proposals
- Provide Project Management Support Through Closeout of the Project
- Assure Customer Satisfaction, Maintain and Develop New Relationships
- Be available to meet clients’ needs when required, including outside of normal business hours.
- Be responsible for responding to or meeting clients’ requirements within a 24-hour response time
About You
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3+ years of successful account management/project management experience in workplace design
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with clients and internal personnel: team player
- Demonstrated commitment to professionalism, integrity, and sound judgment in conducting business transactions and providing the highest level of client satisfaction
- High level of empathy for the customer
- Meticulous attention to details
- Superior organizational skills to simultaneously monitor multiple complex projects
- Availability for evening and weekend work when needed
- Computer proficiency in Word, Excel, and Windows environment, including CRM
