Are you a proactive and results-driven professional with a passion for building strong client relationships and delivering commercial success?
We are seeking an experienced and commercially driven Account Manager, to join our Laverton North team on a full-time basis, to maintain and grow key client relationships, maximise revenue, and deliver exceptional customer outcomes.
This role plays a critical part in driving business performance through strategic account management, proactive sales planning, and identifying growth opportunities. This position focuses on both protecting existing revenue streams and expanding accounts through customer-centric solutions, accurate forecasting, and strong cross-functional collaboration.
Minimum 5 years’ experience in account management or B2B sales.
Proven success managing key accounts and achieving revenue targets.
Strong experience in forecasting, budgeting, and contract management.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders, including executives.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
Experience using CRM systems, ERP platforms, and Microsoft Office (SAP highly regarded).
Exposure to the energy sector i.e. gas and/or electricity (desirable).
Excellent stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration capabilities.
