About The Role
We are hiring a Sales Manager for a fast-growing E-commerce platform in Dubai. This is a fully on-site role for a motivated sales professional who can build strong partnerships, drive revenue, and lead sales growth in the UAE market.
The ideal candidate has experience in e-commerce sales, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to develop long-term business relationships with merchants, brands, and vendors.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to grow the e-commerce platform in Dubai and UAE
- Identify and onboard new sellers, brands, vendors, and business partners
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and partners
- Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, and contracts
- Lead and support the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer demands
- Work closely with marketing and operations teams to improve performance and sales results
- Prepare regular reports on pipeline, sales performance, and revenue growth
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager, preferably in e-commerce, marketplace platforms, or online services - B2C environment
- Strong knowledge of the Dubai/UAE market
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage client relationships and handle key accounts
- Target-driven mindset with strong leadership skills
- Experience with CRM tools and sales reporting
- Fluent in English
