Lang Antiques is seeking an experienced Sales Manager with Jewelry Sales experience to lead our retail sales team and help drive the next phase of growth for our luxury antique and estate jewelry business. This is a unique opportunity to work with rare, historic, and one-of-a-kind jewelry pieces while leading a talented sales team and building relationships with collectors and high-end clientele.

What You’ll Do
- Lead, coach, and motivate the retail sales team to achieve and exceed sales goals
- Drive revenue through client development, repeat business, and relationship selling
- Work directly with clients on antique, vintage, and estate jewelry purchases
- Monitor sales performance, KPIs, and team productivity
- Assist with merchandising, inventory, and showroom presentation
- Train and develop sales staff on product knowledge and selling techniques
- Partner with leadership on sales strategy, events, and client outreach
- Ensure an exceptional luxury customer experience at all times
Job Requirements
To be considered for this role, candidates must have
- 6+ years of retail sales experience
- 3+ years of jewelry industry experience
- 3+ years of sales management experience
- Strong client relationship and client development skills
- Experience working with high-end or luxury clientele preferred
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills
- Professional appearance and communication skills
