Actively spearhead market entry strategies to identify, penetrate, and capture untapped business opportunities across developing regional territories. Formulate, execute, and adapt localized go-to-market frameworks to accelerate product penetration and secure a dominant market share across key Asian countries. Actively identify, evaluate, and onboard high-performing regional distributors and B2B partners.
Take full ownership of the end-to-end commercial cycle across the target territories, managing high-value relationships with key accounts or industrial clients. Manage the regional sales pipeline, ensuring budgeted contribution margins and securing monthly and annual revenue targets.
Continuously monitor regional macroeconomic trends, competitor pricing strategies, and local regulatory changes. Gather direct client feedback to help internal product teams refine localized value propositions and stay ahead of market shifts Requirement:5 years of solid sales experience within the industrial, engineering components, or automotive aftermarket sectors.
Proven track record in regional sales and managing distribution networks across AsiaFamiliarity with commercial HVAC, refrigeration, or air conditioning systems is highly preferredFluency in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese is required for regional stakeholder management
