POSITION SUMMARY
We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex, multi-workstream HRTech transformation programmes — providing strategic project governance, executive client partnership, and cross-team leadership at scale. This role carries competency leadership accountability: you define the governance frameworks others operate within, manage C-suite relationships, and build the capability of the project management team.
We screen hardest for programme judgement, executive presence, and commercial stewardship at scale. HRTech programme experience matters, with SuccessFactors preferred and Workday or Oracle equally welcome; we will also consider outstanding programme leaders from adjacent enterprise-transformation domains.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Lead programmes not just projects — own large, complex, multi-workstream HRTech transformation programmes spanning multiple vendors, integration partners, and onshore/offshore delivery teams, optimising multi-track delivery aligned with the client's & business priorities
- Define the governance model — establish programme governance structures, frameworks, and reporting cadence that prevent surprises across every workstream
- Manage executive stakeholders — own C-suite and senior executive relationships across both client and RA, leading steering committee presentations and driving programme-level decision-making
- Drive strategic risk management — anticipate programme-level risks, design enterprise-grade mitigation strategies, own the programme-level cutover and go/no-go decision, and lead the escalation response for critical programme issues
- Build the PM team — coach Project Managers, define team KPIs, conduct performance reviews design development plans, and drive continuous PMO capability uplift
- Protect commercial outcomes at scale — manage delivery margins, resourcing, and scope risk across the programme, not a single project
- Advance PMO excellence — contribute to RA delivery frameworks and intellectual capital, and drive continuous improvement across PMO standards and practices

Requirements
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Multi-vendor, multi-workstream, multi-geography leadership — has led programmes spanning several workstreams, integration partners, third-party vendors, and onshore/offshore teams, not a sequence of single projects
- Executive stakeholder track record — has managed C-suite client relationships and driven programme decisions in the steering committee, not via intermediaries
- Commercial stewardship at scale — has owned delivery margins, resourcing, and scope risk across a programme, not a single project
- Enterprise risk and escalation ownership — has built escalation protocols, owned programme cutover and go/no-go decisions, and diffused high-stakes programme situations
- Delivery methodology fluency — fluent in structured implementation methodology (SAP Activate or equivalent) and agile/sprint-based delivery at programme scale
- Proven people development — has built and developed a high-performing project management team and can evidence capability uplift in the PMs they led10-15 years of project and programme management in large-scale HRTech or enterprise transformations on the implementation-partner / SI side, with proven ownership of multi-workstream programmes

- Factors preferred; outstanding programme leaders from adjacent enterprise- transformation domains will also be considered
- PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS & CERTIFICATIONS:Real implementation-partner delivery experience — genuine programme delivery on the vendor / system-integrator side, owning commercials and client outcomes, is what matters most — not HRIS or in-house HR-team programme roles
- MSP, PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent programme certification — valued but not required; a proven programme delivery record outweighs any credential

- Bachelor's degree an advantage; equivalent senior delivery experience considered
