Business Analyst

Role Overview

We are seeking a Business Analyst to support ERP and healthcare reporting initiatives across multiple entities. The role will focus on gathering reporting requirements, reverse-engineering existing reports, documenting business logic and data transformations, and supporting implementation teams in delivering reporting and dashboard solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and document reporting requirements from business stakeholders.
• Analyse and reverse-engineer existing reports, KPIs, and data transformation logic.
• Translate business requirements into clear specifications and handover documentation for BI developers.
• Validate dashboards and reports against business requirements.
• Facilitate communication between business users and technical teams.
• Support UAT, issue resolution, and stakeholder sign-off activities.
• Required Skills & Experience
• Strong SQL skills
• Experience with Power BI or similar BI/data visualisation tools
• Experience with ERP, finance, data warehouse, or enterprise reporting systems
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills
• Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
• Preferred
• Experience with healthcare systems or healthcare reporting environments.
• Exposure to Oracle Finance or similar ERP platforms.
• Basic Python knowledge
