We are seeking an experiencedBusiness Analyst (BA) in Private Equity (PE)/ Wealth Management (WM)thatactsas the vital bridge between the front office investment professionals (managing directors, principals, and associates) and technology/data teams. They ensure the deal team has the data, tools, and workflows necessary to evaluate and close investments smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

• System Implementation & Tech Optimization:Configuring and managing deal-flow management tools, CRMs, and portfolio monitoring software so the front office can track targets and ongoing investments.
• Data Gathering & Reporting:Consolidating market data, macroeconomic trends, and historical performance from various sources into clean, digestible dashboards for the investment team.
• Requirement Gathering:Translating the strategic needs of dealmakers and stakeholders into clear, actionable, technical specifications for IT developers.
• Workflow Analysis:Streamlining due diligence processes, evaluating operational bottlenecks, and recommending changes to increase efficiency and speed up deal execution.
• A Business Analyst ensures that the investment committee hasaccurate, real-timeinsightsand that administrative and technical friction is minimized so deal teams can focus purely on sourcing and execution.

Job Qualifications and Requirements

• Domain Knowledge:7 to 8 years of understanding of front office finance, capital markets, and the deal lifecycle.
• Technical Skills:ProficiencyinSQL, Python, or data visualization tools (like Tableau orPowerBI).
• Soft Skills:Exceptional stakeholder management, leadership qualities, and excellent communication, allowing them to translate complex business needs into technical solutions.
• Advantage:Exposure to AI projects or deployments involving Artificial Intelligence.
