Business Analyst - Technology

Your new companyA leading organisation is seeking a skilled Technology Business Analyst to support a range of transformation and project initiatives on an initial 12-month contract.

This role offers the opportunity to work across both early-stage transformation concept work and end-to-end project delivery, engaging with key stakeholders to shape and validate business ideas while driving high-quality technology outcomes.

• Facilitate workshops to validate business concepts and define high-level requirements
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements
• Deliver end-to-end business analysis activities across technology projects
• Support both transformation initiatives and project-based work, depending on business needs
• Work closely with technical teams to ensure successful solution alignment and delivery

• Proven experience as a Technology Business Analyst within complex environments
• Strong capability in workshop facilitation and stakeholder engagement
• Experience working across application and/or infrastructure projects
• Strong preference for candidates with application project experience
• Ability to operate flexibly across concept design and delivery phases
