Join a collaborative technology team as an Integration Analyst, bridging business needs and technical execution across healthcare data environments. Responsibilities
- Translate business requirements into clear, actionable technical specifications for integration initiatives.
- Develop and maintain source-to-target mapping documentation across healthcare data exchanges.
- Analyze integration requirements between internal platforms and external partner systems.
- Interpret and work with healthcare data standards including HL7, FHIR, XML, JSON, and related formats.
- Define transformation logic, validation rules, and data mapping requirements to support accurate data movement.
- Evaluate source and destination systems to identify data quality concerns, gaps, and inconsistencies.
- Partner with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to refine user stories, acceptance criteria, and sprint objectives.
- Support testing, troubleshooting, and validation efforts to ensure data integrity and successful implementations.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in an Integration Analyst, Healthcare Data Analyst, or similar role.
- Hands-on experience creating data mappings and defining transformation rules.
- Working knowledge of healthcare data standards and formats such as HL7, FHIR, XML, or JSON.Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in Agile or project-based environments.
- Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Science, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
