This role offers a unique opportunity to develop deep expertise across software development, business analysis, and project management, while contributing to business intelligence initiatives within critical operational domains such as confirmations, clearing, invoicing, and reconciliation.

• You will play a key role in driving process improvements, system enhancements, and strategic initiatives, ensuring operational excellence and supporting the continuous evolution of Back Office functions🎯 Missions
• Act as the interface between business and IT teams to gather and translate requirements
• Create and manage user stories, features, and product backlog
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, workshops)
• Lead testing activities (UAT, defect tracking, validation)
• Provide functional support and user training
• Monitor and resolve production issues and bugs
• Contribute to application maintenance and enhancements
• Define and prioritize product roadmap and releases
• Identify and drive process improvements and automation initiatives
• Ensure alignment between business needs, product strategy, and delivery💼 Profile
• Degree in IT, Business Analysis, or Project Management
• Proven experience as an IT Business Analyst in a trading or commodities environment
• Strong understanding of Back Office processes (confirmations, invoicing, reconciliation, clearing)
• Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum / Kanban)
• Hands-on experience with testing management and defect tracking
• Ability to translate business needs into functional specifications
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
• Fluent English required;
• French is a plus🏆
