Digital BA role supporting banking projects, focusing on digital platforms, payments, and stakeholder collaboration in a fast-paced financial services environment.
Job Duties
- Lead and support business analysis activities across digital banking initiatives and platforms
- Work closely with project teams and BAU functions to deliver multiple projects simultaneously
- Gather, analyse, and document business and functional requirements using tools like JIRA and Confluence
- Collaborate with stakeholders including business, IT, and vendors to ensure successful delivery
- Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and quality assurance processes
- Assist in improving digital customer journeys and system functionalities
- Contribute to project planning, tracking, and documentation
Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst or QA within banking or financial services
- Hands-on experience in digital banking platforms, payments, cards, or cross-border projects preferred
- Familiar with Agile delivery methodology and tools such as JIRA and Confluence
- Strong analytical, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills
- Proficiency in both English and Chinese (written and spoken)
- Immediate or short notice availability is highly preferred
