Job Summary
We are looking for a high calibre individual to join the Post Trade Business Implementation & Analytics Team under Post Trade of HKEX's Operations Division, to participate in platform upgrade projects in relation to strategic initiatives.

Job Duties
Job Responsibilities
- Engage with the business owners and users to understand, analyse and capturing business and functional requirements in clear and structured documentation
- Working with IT and/or third party software developers to ensure that requirements are understood and solutions are developed to fulfil the requirements;
- Review system specifications to make sure they are aligned with the functional and non-functional requirements and to ensure traceability is maintained from platform capabilities to detailed functional specifications
- Construct test scenario and test cases with a test strategy based on user requirements and functional specifications
- Automate test cases using latest in-house technology and tools
- Follow up on test cases / scripts and document test results and problem logs in systematic manner
- Assist in maintaining UAT problem logs and coordinate with IT development team to identify the resolution and retest strategy
- Contribute to timely delivery of the project in line with project scope and expectation Job Requirements:
- University Degree, preferably in Risk Management / Engineering / Computer Science or related subject
- At least 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in well-established financial organizations
- Familiar with OTC and workflow is a plus
- Familiar with various project management tools eg. Confluence, JIRA, etc..
- Proficient with Excel, VBA and preferably the ability to work with programming languages such as Python and SQL.
- A team player and a self-starter, who can proactively engage with peers and clients, take ownership to ensure timely completion of all deliverables
- Ability to work at a fast pace in a team and adapt style to ensure the project is successful
