Our client is a leading Insurer, and they are seeking for an experienced Business Analyst to join the team.
The Role
- Requirements Management: Perform business analysis, elicit, and prepare User Requirement Documents (BRD/URD) for corporate group insurance projects, aligning with the strategic needs of the Employee Benefits operations function.
- Solution & System Design: Participate in solution design workshops; review technical and functional design documentation to ensure system capabilities meet the complex logic of group underwriting, billing, and member movement.
- Risk Management: Identify key issues, dependencies, and risks throughout the project lifecycle, particularly during data migration and system cutovers.
- Testing & Quality Assurance: Prepare comprehensive test scenarios, matrixes, and test plans for User Acceptance Testing (UAT) execution, ensuring seamless handling of global accounts and multi-tier benefit schedules.
- Change Management & Training: Prepare training materials and deliver impactful training sessions to internal operations teams, customer service representatives, and external stakeholders (e.g., HR administrators or brokers) if required.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Coordinate end-to-end testing and implementation schedules across IT developers, vendors, business users, and QA testers.
Your Profile
- Education: Bachelor's degree holder in Business Administration, Information Systems, Management Investment, or related fields.
- Experience: * Minimum of 2 years' business analysis experience specifically within the Life and Health / Employee Benefits (Group Insurance) industry.
- Solid understanding of the EB product lifecycle (including group quotation, member enrollment/movement, corporate billing, and medical claims processing).
- Proven experience in an EB System Revamp or Digital Transformation project is highly preferred.
- Methodology: Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, or hybrid methodologies for software development and sprint planning.
- Skills: * Strong analytical, data mapping, and problem-solving capabilities to handle complex corporate scheme structures.
