Your role

• Provide business and functional analysis to create product requirement specifications for the in-house enterprise application system
• Collaborate with AI tools and leverage generative AI for interpretation and automation of routine analysis tasks
• Acquire good business domain knowledge of responsible areas by documenting current business process and providing recommended solutions for future business processes
• Understand end-user needs through journey mapping, user story drafting, and empathetic research to design enterprise level/ customer-focused solutions
• Manage requirements in fast-paced, iterative project environments and supporting continuous delivery of business value using Agile frameworks
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for AI driven process improvements, manage stakeholder relationships, navigating resistance, and fostering adoption of new processes and technologies in the digitalization journey
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of AI models and provide enhancement recommendations
• Who we are looking for
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field, preferably in information system or technical field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in business system analysis
• Proficiency in Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and collaborative approaches that enable swift adaptation to changing business needs
• Capable of breaking down complex procedures into user-friendly, logical steps for non-technical end-users
• Previous exposure in Logistics, International shipping, or transportation is a plus
• Good analytical abilities, technical writing skills and time management
• Ability to synthesize data-driven insights with business objectives to support business change and transformation initiatives is a plus
• Experience in implementing AI solutions, including but not limited to LLM, agentic AI, prediction model, optimization model would be an advantage
