Membership Business Analyst

The Hong Kong Jockey Club Founded in 1884, The Hong Kong Jockey Club (“the Club”) is a world-class racing club that acts continuously for the betterment of our society. The Club has a unique integrated business model, comprising racing and racecourse entertainment, a membership club, responsible sports wagering and lottery, and charities and community contribution.

Through this model, the Club generates economic and social value for the community and supports the HKSAR Government in combatting illegal gambling. The Department You will be part of the HKJC Membership Operations Support and Innovation Analytics Team primarily responsible for managing data from various Hospitality systems in order to provide operational business insights.

The Job

• Construct Robotics Processing Automation process flow to raise operation efficiency and ensure data integrity. - Work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance day to day operations efficiency through feedback collection, process automation and innovation - Deliver dynamic dashboards and analytics to support strategic decision-making and drive business results - Prepare training materials and provide training to business users

About You

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Computer Science or Data Analytics - Possess knowledge and solid experience in SQL and data management is a must. Knowledge in SAS / VBA / Python / Power Bi / Tableau will be a plus - 3 years working experience, preferably in the catering or FMCG industry, less experience will also be considered - Strong analytical and strategic mind-set and problem-solving skillset. Self-motivated and able to work independently - Effective communication skills to convey complex data insights and process flow to senior management and cross-functional teams Apply Now!
