• Could propose automation/robot schedule with minimum idle time based on data driven approach and business SLAsGood knowledge of data analysis and reporting and experience with each type of project, ability to propose workaround for handling each type of project
• Great verbal and written communications skills
• English language to a business proficiency level
• Experience in process optimization and standardization
• Any RPA tool, Microsoft Cognitive Services, Project Management, Agile or Scrum certification
