As our distribution network scales rapidly, we are seeking a strategic, commercially-minded Supply Chain Manager to take full ownership of our end-to-end supply chain ecosystem—from Seoul to the shelves of Australia's biggest retailers.

The Role

As the Supply Chain Manager, you will transition our logistics from operational to strategic. You will lead the charge in optimizing our international freight, refining our demand forecasting, managing third-party logistics (3PL) relationships, and ensuring strict compliance with major B2B retailer requirements.

This is a pivotal role that balances high-level strategy with hands-on execution in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Sourcing & Freight: Oversee international freight forwarders, customs brokers, and domestic transport partners to optimize transit times and minimize landed costs.
• Demand Planning & Inventory Control: Develop robust forecasting models to balance optimal stock levels against sales projections, minimizing stockouts and aging inventory.B2B Vendor Compliance: Ensure all wholesale outbound logistics strictly comply with major retailer routing guides and delivery windows.
• Process Optimization: Identify bottlenecks in our current supply chain and implement scalable workflows, automation, and system upgrades (ERP/WMS).
• Financial Oversight: Manage the supply chain budget, negotiate supplier/carrier contracts, and regularly report on key performance metrics (OTIF, landed costs, inventory turnover).
• Team Leadership: Mentor and guide the existing inventory and fulfillment team to foster a culture of efficiency and continuous improvement.

What We Are Looking For

Experience: 5+ years in a Supply Chain or Logistics management role, ideally within FMCG, cosmetics, apparel, or retail distribution.

Global Logistics Expertise: Strong background in international shipping (importing into Australia), customs regulations, and managing 3PL partnerships.

Tech-Savvy Leader: High proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, Cin7, SAP) and advanced data analysis skills using Excel. Experience implementing or upgrading inventory systems is a major plus.
