About the role
EuroCTP BV is seeking a Client Service & Data Quality Analyst for our European Consolidated Tape Platform, focused on equities and ETFs. This role involves overseeing day-to-day monitoring of the operations (checks, alerts, incidents, testing, etc.), contributors onboarding support, clients inquiries, etc.
Responsibilities include continuous monitoring of data quality across referential, real-time, and historical datasets, investigating any anomalies and coordinating their resolution to uphold the accuracy and integrity of the tape. Analysts will also be given project manager roles on various strategic topics for EuroCTP. This role reports to the Head of Business Operations.

Responsibilities
- Client Support & Onboarding Incident Triage & Escalation Data Quality Monitoring Billing Reconciliation & Revenue Redistribution Service Tools & Process Adherence Creating Business Requirements for Business Operations and testing new functionalities
- Process Improvement & Compliance Alignment
- Candidate requirements: Strong understanding of financial market infrastructure, particularly related to equities and ETFs. Familiarity with real-time and post-trade data management processes.
- Experience with operational reporting and analysis, including the development of KPIs and performance metrics.
- Experience with licensing or entitlement management tools is highly advantageous.
- At least experience in two of these domains:
- Experience in managing system-supported reference data and ensuring data quality control is a plus.
- Proficiency in data management tools and systems, including those used for reference data and data quality control.
- Familiarity with market data concepts and systems – experience with data feeds, reference data, or trade reporting processes is desirable.
- Experience in an operational role dealing with data administration, billing/revenue operations, or financial reconciliation, preferably in a market data, fintech, or financial services context.
- Hands-on experience with incident management and support tools (e.g., ServiceNow) and monitoring dashboards for data quality.
- Demonstrable knowledge of European financial regulations, particularly those impacting equities and ETFs. Other requirements include: Ability to work in a shift rotation covering extended business hours (between 07:00 and 19:00 CET), including the flexibility to adapt to changing schedules as needed.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with a proactive and solutions-oriented mindset.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex information clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- High level of attention to detail, particularly in relation to data quality and operational processes.
- Master’s degree in Finance, Engineering or equivalent.
- Professional certifications (e.g., ISO) are a plus.
- Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.
