Operations Business Analyst - €55,000 + benefits – Paris (Hybrid)

International transportation client now requires an Operations Business Analyst to gather requirements across their operational systems and processes.

You will work closely with operational and technical teams to improve processes, define business requirements, support testing activities, and contribute to the digital transformation of customer operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyse, and document business requirements for station and operational systems.
• Collaborate with station and operational teams to improve processes and identify opportunities.
• Support project delivery through process mapping, use cases, and testing activities.
• Work with technical teams to ensure solutions meet operational needs.
• Help manage system issues, enhancements, and prioritisation of business requests.

Key Requirements

• Strong experience as a Business Analyst across operations within transport, logistics or supply chain.
• Experience working with operational or customer-facing systems.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Talking to hands-on operational staff and running workshops etc Degree in Computer Science, Business Analysis, Engineering etc. or related field
• Must be fluent in French and English.
• This is a permanent opportunity based in Paris which provides a base salary of €55,000 + excellent benefits package.
• In terms of working structure, this is hybrid with 2 days per week in their Central Paris office and the rest remote.
