Aflalo is building its Milan hub from the ground up. This role owns the operational systems that keep product development, production, and merchandising running — and finds smarter ways to do everything through AI. You'll work closely with the Director of Development & Production with direct visibility into how a modern fashion company gets built.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own the accuracy and completeness of Aflalo's product data systems — entering styles, updating specs, auditing records, and catching errors before they cause problems
- Build and maintain the operational trackers, status dashboards, and process documentation the team relies on daily
- Use AI tools to automate repetitive tasks, clean data, draft communications, and generate reports — and help the team do the same
- Identify manual workflows that could be improved with AI or automation, and bring a proposed solution
- Support the Director with meeting prep, action item tracking, and consolidated reporting across production, sampling, and fabric orders
- Partner with the New York team to keep Milan's data aligned with how the broader organization tracks information
WHO YOU ARE
- 1–3 years in operations, coordination, or data management — tech, finance, or consulting background preferred.
- Fashion experience is not required.
- You use AI tools every day as practical work tools, not novelties.
- You are unusually detail-oriented, have a natural instinct for building cleaner systems, and follow through without being asked.
- Clear English communicator;
- Italian fluency required for day-to-day work in Milan.WHY THIS ROLEYou'll be among the first people building the operational foundation of Aflalo's Milan hub.
- The systems you design will shape how the company runs as it scales with real ownership and direct access to leadership from day one.
- You'll work alongside an in-house AI engineer, meaning you'll have real technical support to turn workflow improvements into built solutions.
