Operation Analyst (In-house), 30K

We are seeking a talented Operation Analyst to support the PMO Team in coordinating day-to-day project activities and reporting as well as play a key part in ensuring smooth execution of IT initiatives for our worldwide in-house clients.

Your new role

• Provide PMO support to the IT team, including project tracking, status updates, and reporting
• Assist in monitoring IT budgets and perform basic financial analysis
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentation materials for management
• Support the development of training materials and project documentation
• Ensure data accuracy and maintain up-to-date project records and artefacts
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to support project delivery

What you'll need to succeed

• Background in Project Operation, Business Analysis, or a related field
• Strong Excel skills (data analysis and reporting); experience with Power BI is an advantage
• Basic understanding of IT budgeting and financial tracking
• Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively
• Fast learner with a proactive and positive attitude
• Strong communication skills with fluency in English and Chinese
