MPI is seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer to play a key role in shaping MPI’s next generation digital experiences. This hybrid role will design, build, and support modern applications that drive participants, and business impact across multiple platforms.
You’ll work closely with product, UX, QA, security and operations partners to deliver solutions that are user focused, stable, secure-by-design and scalable. This is a hands on engineering role for someone who enjoys full ownership of what they build—from architecture and implementation to performance and quality.
You’ll contribute to new digital initiatives using Next.js, .NET Core microservices, cloud technologies, and headless CMS platforms. Exposure to AI enabled capabilities to enhance user experience is highly valuable. You will also be responsible for developing and maintaining website analytics dashboards using Power BI and Microsoft Fabric.

The anticipated base salary for this position is $125,000 - $145,000 annually. The actual base salary offered will depend on a variety of factors, including without limitation, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held.
