You’ll be part of the team behind the platform and services that power Attensi’s global learning experiences, used by hundreds of thousands of users worldwide.

This is a full-stack developer role where you’ll contribute across the stack; from backend services, CI/CD workflows, and cloud infrastructure to frontend features built with our internal design system. We value autonomy, ownership, and curiosity, and we want developers who enjoy learning, solving complex problems, and taking responsibility for the systems they build.

What You Will Do

• Design and build secure, scalable applications
• Configure and deploy backend services to Kubernetes using Git
• Ops and Argo
• CDBuild and maintain CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions
• Contribute to frontend features using our internal design system
• Work with technologies like PostgreSQL, Redis, and Kafka
• Take part in discussions around capacity planning, performance, and security
• Help operate and improve live production environments
• Collaborate in small, cross-functional feature teams to build innovative learning experiences
• Our backend infrastructure runs on AWS and includes technologies such as Node.js, Ruby on Rails, .NET Core, PostgreSQL, Redis, Kafka, Kubernetes, and Argo
• CD. You don’t need to know everything; strong fundamentals, curiosity and a willingness to learn matter most.
• We’re curious and pragmatic about AI-assisted development.
• At Attensi, you’ll be able to use modern AI-enabled workflows as part of your day-to-day work, while still applying strong engineering judgement and taking ownership of the code you ship.

Who You Are

• You’re a developer who enjoys building reliable software and taking ownership beyond just writing code.
• You care about how systems are designed, how they perform in production, and how they can be improved over time.
• You Probably Have
• Solid backend development experience with Node.js and TypeScriptExperience with other languages like Python, Ruby, or C#A good understanding of system design, scalability, security, and industry best practices
• Experience with, or interest in, frontend development using React
• Relevant education or equivalent practical experience
• You don’t need to tick every box.
• We’re looking for someone with strong engineering fundamentals, a curious mindset, and the motivation to grow together with the team.
