Junior Full Stack Engineer

We are looking for a Junior Full Stack Engineer to assist us in building exceptional web applications and tools.

Who you are

• You are a passionate Junior Full Stack Engineer with a strong interest in AI, responsible for developing web applications using technologies such as TypeScript, React.js, Node.js, Python, and Generative AI tooling.
• Your primary focus is building great software; your AI knowledge is a key differentiator that sets you apart.
• You have some experience working on one or more projects in the AI field, with a good understanding of large language models, LLM tooling, and evaluation techniques.
• Experience with different model providers, techniques such as RAG and fine-tuning are a plus.
• You are proactive and autonomous.
• You are comfortable making decisions independently, moving fast, and adapting when things change.
• You thrive in a startup-like environment where ownership and initiative matter as much as technical skills.
• You are comfortable engaging with clients and prospects — you understand their business needs, translate them into concrete product requirements.
• You are great at working together with a team of designers, software engineers, and project managers to challenge and comprehend product needs from a business perspective.
• You are a fan of good UX, whether it's for your client's products or for tools used by your colleagues.
• You always aim for perfection and find the right balance between design and implementation.

You are keen to design secure systems as it is a deliberate and integral part of the entire software design and development process.

You are curious and have a lot of interests and experiences you enjoy sharing with your co-workers.

You speak Italian fluently and English proficiently.
