Required Skills
- 8+ years of experience in UI/Web development
- Strong expertise in React (or similar modern JS frameworks)
- Solid understanding of JavaScript fundamentals (closures, async programming, event-driven architecture)
- Experience with state management tools (e.g., Redux, Context API, or similar)
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles
- Familiarity with frontend build tools (e.g., Webpack or similar)
- Understanding of browser performance and rendering behavior
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
Overview
We are seeking a Senior UI Developer with strong experience in modern JavaScript frameworks, particularly React, to support high-visibility enterprise applications. This role involves building intuitive, high-performance user interfaces for data-driven platforms in an innovation-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop responsive, scalable UI components using modern JavaScript frameworks (React preferred)
- Translate business and functional requirements into engaging user interfaces
- Collaborate with backend developers, product teams, and stakeholders to deliver end-to-end solutions
- Contribute to UI/UX decisions, especially in scenarios with limited design support
- Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and cross-browser compatibility
- Participate in code reviews and follow best practices for UI development
- Support deployment processes and CI/CD pipelines in cloud-based environments
- Create prototypes and iterate based on feedback
Preferred Skills
- Experience working with cloud platforms (any major provider)
- Exposure to data visualization or dashboard-based applications
- Basic understanding of UX/design principles
- Experience in regulated or enterprise environments
