Serve as strong technical contributor, turning product and research needs into trusted, performant data products that power near real-time insights and polished reporting, without disrupting existing customer-facing analytics.
What you will deliverData trust & consistency: Reduce inaccuracies/discrepancies across analytics, exports, and reporting by implementing reconciliations, definitions, and quality controls.
Reliable insight delivery: Build/operate pipelines that support timely learner and program insights, including future ROI/QI needs. Ensure quality through automated tests, anomaly detection, lineage/metadata.
Scalable data foundations: Improve pipeline cost/performance and enable downstream layers (e.g., refinement) with maintainable architecture.
What you will do in the teamDesign, build, and optimize ingestion, transformation, and serving pipelinesPartner with the Product Manager and Design Researcher to understand user needs, gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Collaborate with the broader toolchain (e.g., Databricks/Power BI) and related teams to improve overall system landscape and data value streamEnsure security/compliance and governed access for customers and internal users as well as reliability of the solution.
Key competency requirementsStrong data pipeline engineering, data modeling, and cloud data platforms (e.g., Databricks/Fabric), plus automation and metadata management.
Proven ability to translate business questions into robust metrics; excellent stakeholder communication in cross-functional teams.
Experience with CI/CD and DevOps principlesNice-to-have skills:
