AI Engineer

🚨 AI Engineer | Copenhagen | Up to $150K USD + EquityI’m working with an early-stage AI startup building production-grade agents for companies that make and move physical products - think manufacturing, fashion, food, steel, industrial goods and complex supply-chain-heavy environments.

They’re only 4 months old, already have paying customers in production, have raised $4M pre-seed, and are now hiring one of their first engineering hires.

This is not a “join a big team and pick up tickets” type of role.

You’ll be joining a tiny founding team where the software you build goes directly into production and into the hands of enterprise customers. You’ll be owning problem spaces end-to-end, working across backend systems, ERP integrations, email workflows, operational data, and AI agent infrastructure.

The ideal profile:✅ Strong backend engineering experience✅ Python experience✅ Go experience or a genuine willingness to learn✅ Startup experience, ideally early-stage✅ Experience building production software for real customers✅ Comfortable working directly with enterprise customers✅ Able to take ownership without needing heavy structure✅ Interested in AI agents, operational workflows, ERP systems, supply chain, order-to-cash, or similar complex environmentsBonus points for Forward Deployed Engineering experience, consultancy experience, or customer-facing technical work.

This is best suited to someone who wants real ownership, enjoys ambiguity, and is excited by building something from the ground up.
