What You’ll Do
Core Responsibilities
- Analyze business challenges and design data-driven solutions using machine learning
- Build and improve models through preprocessing, feature engineering, training, and evaluation
- Monitor and optimize model performance in production
- Visualize and communicate insights to business stakeholders
- Collaborate with product and business teams to drive decision-makingFocus Area: Credit Modeling
- Improve proprietary credit risk models that directly impact business profitability

Requirements
- Must Have
- Experience building machine learning models using Python
- Experience designing and operating AI solutions for business impact
- Hands-on experience with AI coding tools such as Claude Code, Codex, or Devin
- Advanced Japanese (able to work with stakeholders)Nice to Have
- Experience in credit risk or fraud detection
- Background in fintech or financial institutions
- Experience leading projects or teams
- Knowledge of generative AI or LLMs
