We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to lead our digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, Social Media Management, and Performance Marketing.
Position Overview
The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in search engine optimization (SEO), paid advertising, social media management, and performance analytics, with the ability to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
SEO & Organic Growth
- Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to improve website rankings and organic traffic.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and on-page/off-page optimization.
- Monitor website performance and implement technical SEO best practices.
- Collaborate with content teams to optimize content for search engines and user engagement.
Performance Marketing
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms.
- Manage PPC budgets and maximize ROI through continuous campaign optimization.
- Conduct A/B testing and audience segmentation to improve campaign performance.
- Track and report on campaign KPIs, including conversions, CPA, ROAS, and CTR.
Social Media Management
- Develop and execute social media strategies across relevant platforms.
- Create, schedule, and manage engaging content aligned with brand objectives.
- Monitor social media trends, audience engagement, and competitor activities.
- Grow brand presence and community engagement through organic and paid social initiatives.
Analytics & Reporting
- Monitor, analyze, and interpret digital marketing performance using tools such as Google Analytics and other reporting platforms.
- Generate regular performance reports and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Measure campaign effectiveness and recommend improvements based on data-driven findings.
Collaboration & Project Management
- Work closely with internal teams, external agencies, and stakeholders to ensure successful campaign execution.
- Manage multiple marketing projects while meeting deadlines and business objectives.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and digital marketing best practices.
Experience
- 3–5 years of progressive experience in digital marketing roles.
- Demonstrated experience managing SEO, social media, and performance marketing campaigns.
- Prior leadership or team management experience is preferred.
Technical Skills
- Strong knowledge of SEO principles, tools, and best practices.
- Hands-on experience with SEM and PPC campaign management.
- Proficiency in Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress and Shopify.
- Experience using Google Analytics and performance reporting tools.
