Salary & Incentives
Base Salary: SGD 3,000 – SGD 5,000 per month
Commission & Performance Incentives
- Monthly commission paid based on successfully achieved marketing and business growth targets.
- Additional incentives tied to:
- Membership registrations
- Event delegate registrations
- Sponsorship leads converted, Retail Pavilion booked and Fashion Show executions
- Qualified investor and partner leads generated
- Digital campaign performance
- Revenue generated through marketing initiatives
No cap on incentive earnings for high performers.

Role Overview
The Digital & Social Media Marketing Manager will be responsible for building FAMPOSO's digital presence, driving brand awareness, generating leads, increasing event participation, supporting sponsorship acquisition, and managing the company's digital marketing strategy across global markets.
The successful candidate will play a key role in positioning FAMPOSO as a leading family office, investment, leadership, and cross-border business ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Marketing Strategy
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns.
- Create annual, quarterly, and monthly marketing plans.
- Build lead-generation campaigns.
- Increase brand visibility across international markets.
- Support membership and event growth initiatives.
Social Media Management
Manage and grow FAMPOSO's presence on

Preferred Qualifications
- 2–8 years of experience in digital marketing, social media marketing, growth marketing, branding, or communications.
- Strong understanding of LinkedIn and B2B marketing.
- Experience with event marketing and lead generation.
- Knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
- Experience using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, AI tools, or similar marketing platforms is an advantage.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Eligibility
Applicants must
- Be legally eligible to work in Singapore.
- Hold Singapore Citizenship, Permanent Residency, Employment Pass, S Pass, Dependant Pass with LOC, or other valid work authorization.
- Be able to communicate professionally in English.
