With a workforce of more than 24,000 employees.TÜV Rheinland is currently seeking a Regional Strategic Digital Marketing to strengthen its digital presence and support its global growth strategy: Responsible for the development, implementation and monitoring of long-term digital marketing strategies and short-term techniques and tactics.
This role requires the ability to ensure brand awareness, drive traffic to the company's website and generate sales leads based on industry leading insights and as directed by the go-to-market management/ respectively ROM.
Oversee annual digital marketing campaign calendar in accordance with business/marketing planning. Implement quarterly digital marketing campaign calendar across all digital channels with go-to-market management respectively ROM and ensure timely execution. Maintain oversight of all marketing budgets and manage campaigns within that budget.
Implement regional / local campaigns and lead generation activities from ideation through execution and implementation to measuring effectiveness e.g. email marketing, website optimization, SEO/SEM and online event promotion initiatives. Track and control campaign performance and develop and implement measures to optimize campaigns.
Manage digital assets and ensure their performance within digital campaigns such as webinars, videos, whitepapers, case studies, videos, and infographics with support from internal/external content specialists. Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) is applied to optimize content for AI-based content and search processes, thereby increasing reach, visibility, and conversion potential.
Manage and execute search marketing campaigns with established process to regularly update keywords, landing pages and ads. GEO principles are employed to optimize campaign content for generative search and AI systems, while ensuring that campaign structure and account setup at the regional/local level remain aligned with global guidelines.
Manage the renewal of content on the company websites as well as the localization process of content for the region. Implement performant content strategies to improve search engine rankings and create keyword-specific landing pages as needed. GEO strategies are utilized to structure content so that it is optimally processed and recommended by generative engines, enhancing visibility and target audience engagement.
Manage the use of Marketing Automation for email marketing campaigns across the region, including asset creation, distribution, tracking and reporting. Regularly review contact database with recommendations for follow-up to ensure database is properly updated and segmented.
Collaborate with business stakeholders and data analysts in the Global Office to segment and validate target audiences and recommend channels to reach them through campaign activities.
Follow-up the success of regional / local campaigns and other digital marketing activities regarding lead generation, lead qualification and the status of lead processing.
Integrates new technologies, such as Artificial Intelligence, to optimize processes and achieve maximum digital reach and performance.
Acts as a link to Corporate Digital M&C department within the region.
