Job Overview
We are seeking a strategic and data-driven Digital Marketing Manager to oversee our end-to-end digital marketing operations, with a core focus on social media operation, community management, and integrated digital strategy planning.
The ideal candidate will be proficient in WeChat ecosystem operation and community management, capable of analyzing multi-dimensional marketing data to optimize marketing tactics and independently formulate and execute scalable digital marketing strategies to drive brand growth, user engagement and business conversion.
This role requires a perfect combination of strategic thinking, hands-on operational capability and data decision-making ability.
Key Responsibilities
- Digital Marketing Strategy Formulation & Execution: Develop comprehensive short-term and long-term digital marketing strategies aligned with company business goals, covering brand promotion, user acquisition, retention and conversion.
- Iterate marketing strategies are regularly based on market trends, competitor analysis and business demands to ensure sustainable marketing growth.
- Data-Driven Marketing Optimization: Establish complete digital marketing data monitoring systems, track core indicators ,conduct in-depth data analysis regularly, summarize marketing effectiveness, identify existing problems and potential opportunities, and make precise data-driven decisions to optimize marketing initiatives.
- Multi-channel Digital Operation: Coordinate and manage digital marketing channels and campaigns.
- Ensure the consistency of brand tone across all channels and improve overall digital marketing influence.
- Performance Management & Reporting: Prepare regular digital marketing performance reports, output data analysis conclusions and optimization suggestions, and present marketing results and strategic adjustment plans to the business team.
- Vendor Management & Operation Support: Manage and cooperate with external marketing vendors, Responsible for vendor screening, daily work docking, task allocation, progress supervision and quality assessment.
- Effectively leverage vendor resources to assist WeChat operation, community maintenance and digital campaign execution, standardize vendor cooperation processes, optimize collaboration efficiency, and ensure outsourced operation work meets brand standards and marketing targets.
- Cross-department Collaboration: Cooperate with business teams to align marketing rhythm, jointly promote the implementation of marketing projects, and help achieve overall business targets.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media or related majors, 5+ years of formal digital marketing working experience, with mature experience in full-cycle digital strategy layout and operation.
- Candidates with 4A agency work experience are highly preferred.
- Proficient in WeChat ecosystem and community operation: Familiar with WeChat official account content operation, fans growth, traffic monetization and WeChat group community management rules with proven operation results.
- Strong data-driven thinking and decision-making capability: Good data sensitivity, proficient in using data tools to monitor, analyze and evaluate marketing effects.
- Able to accurately judge the quality of marketing actions through data, put forward targeted optimization plans, and guide business iteration with data.
- Excellent strategic planning capability: Able to independently complete market research, competitor analysis and user portrait analysis, formulate systematic, targeted and executable digital marketing strategies, and flexibly adjust strategies according to market changes.
- Possess excellent logical thinking, project management, cross-team communication and execution skills, with strong vendor management and external resource coordination capabilities, able to efficiently manage external service providers and promote multi-task parallel operation.
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, able to bear working pressure, and have a keen insight into digital marketing trends.
