About the Role
We are looking for a commercially minded Growth Marketing Manager to help drive online revenue growth, customer acquisition, and brand awareness across our global digital channels.
This is a broad growth role sitting within the E-commerce & Digital team, responsible for identifying opportunities to grow traffic, customers, and revenue while increasing the visibility of the brand.
You will work across acquisition, retention, partnerships, affiliates, influencers, and digital marketing initiatives to support both short-term performance and long-term brand growth.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining creativity with data, understands how modern brands grow online, and is excited by the opportunity to make a measurable impact within a lean and ambitious team.
Key Responsibilities
- Growth & Customer Acquisition
- Develop and execute strategies to drive customer acquisition and online revenue growth
- Identify new opportunities across paid media, partnerships, affiliates, influencers, and emerging channels
- Work with agency partners to optimise performance marketing activity
- Monitor and analyse customer acquisition performance and marketing efficiency
- Brand Awareness & Visibility
- Develop initiatives to increase brand visibility and awareness across digital channels
- Work closely with the Creative, PR, and E-commerce teams to amplify campaigns and product launches
- Identify partnership opportunities with creators, publishers, and complementary brands
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and consumer behaviour to identify new growth opportunities
- CRM & Customer Retention
- Own the CRM and email marketing strategy, including campaign planning, segmentation, and life-cycle marketing
- Develop initiatives to improve customer retention, repeat purchase rates, and customer lifetime value
- Analyse customer behaviour and recommend strategies to increase engagement and loyalty
- Affiliate & Partnership Marketing
- Manage and grow the affiliate marketing programme
- Recruit and develop new affiliate, content, and creator partnerships
- Evaluate partner performance and identify opportunities to scale revenue contribution
- Reporting & Insights
- Analyse digital performance across acquisition, retention, and e-commerce channels
- Produce regular reporting and actionable insights
- Identify opportunities for optimisation across the customer journey
- Support forecasting, budgeting, and commercial planning
- Skills & Experience3–5+ years experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, e-commerce, or performance marketing
- Strong understanding of customer acquisition, CRM, and digital growth strategies
- Experience working with paid media platforms and agency partners
- Familiarity with affiliate marketing and partnership programmes
- Strong analytical skills with experience using GA4, Shopify, and marketing reporting tools
- Commercially minded with a passion for identifying opportunities and driving results
- Excellent communication and project management skills
