Our client is a rapid growing Financial Services Group. They are looking for a dynamic and experienced Marketing Director to lead the marketing function. This senior leadership role combines strategic marketing expertise with operational management, driving brand growth, client engagement, and business expansion in the investment banking sector across the region.
The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership capabilities and a proven track record in developing high-impact marketing strategies for ultra-high-net-worth clients and wholesale financial services in a regulated environment
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the marketing team and develop marketing campaign for HNWI customers
- Develop and implement integrated regional marketing strategies that align with overall business objectives and enhance brand positioning.
- Strengthen brand visibility and reputation across Asia, differentiating the firm through innovative campaigns and strategic partnerships.
- Design and execute marketing initiatives to support growth in investment banking, treasury, capital markets, and client acquisition.
- Plan and deliver high-profile client engagement programs, including events, webinars, roundtables, and sponsorships.
- Manage digital and social media channels in full compliance with regulatory standards and brand guidelines.
- Create compelling marketing collateral, presentations, and communication materials for internal and external stakeholders.
- Provide strategic marketing support and guidance to relationship managers and the sales team.
- Build and maintain relationships with external agencies, vendors, and media partners.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and report insights to senior leadership.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 8 years of marketing experience in financial services or professional services, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
- Strong background in investment banking or private banking marketing, particularly targeting high-net-worth and institutional clients.
- Proven experience managing cross-functional teams and office operations in a regulated financial environment.
