This is a fully remote, full-time position perfect for a developer who excels at building high-converting landing pages and optimizing for search engines. You'll blend technical Webflow expertise with SEO strategy and UX best practices to drive measurable results for a growing legal practice.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize landing pages using Webflow, ensuring responsive design and seamless user experiences
• Implement SEO best practices across the website to improve search visibility and organic traffic
• Execute conversion rate optimization (CRO) strategies to increase client inquiries and lead generation
• Collaborate with marketing and design teams to align website improvements with business goals
• Optimize overall website performance, including speed, accessibility, and mobile responsiveness
• Monitor analytics and provide data-driven recommendations for ongoing improvements

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional Webflow development experience
