Role Overview
The role requires a creative, strategic social media specialist who can elevate brand storytelling across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest and more. You will be responsible for content planning, creation, and driving engagement-ensuring content reflects world-class luxury positioning and exclusivity.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end social media strategy and execution across key platforms * Produce visually compelling content (video + photo) using real product and showroom assets * Write high-converting luxury-aligned captions and copy * Manage content calendars, scheduling, and platform publishing * Engage and build community through DMs, comments and creator interactions * Track performance metrics and recommend data-led optimisations * Collaborate with internal stakeholders to produce timely content (new drops, rare items, behind-the-scenes) * Support wider marketing initiatives including influencer/creator campaigns and brand collabs
Ideal Profile
- 2+ years of social media management experience within luxury fashion or lifestyle * Strong practical content creation skills (filming, styling, editing, mobile-first formats) * Solid understanding of luxury positioning, trends and audience psychology * Proficiency in tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite or similar * Highly visual, detail-obsessed and brand driven Salt is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
