You love figuring out how consumer products grow and how to get them in front of the right people.

You dream up bold ideas, move fast, embrace AI and aren't afraid to get your hands dirty.

You have great taste, big ideas and an itch to make things happen.

Ideas. Content. Distribution. Community. Growth.

This is not a role where you'll spend your days making PowerPoints about growth. You'll be creating it, together with the world-class team at Venga.

One week you might be launching TikTok content and creator collaborations. The next you're testing paid acquisition, referral mechanics, lifecycle campaigns, partnerships or entirely new growth channels. Some weeks you'll probably end up in front of the camera too. We're serious about building. Slightly less serious about ourselves.

What You'll Do

• Drive growth and user acquisition across channels
• Create and coordinate content, campaigns and launches
• Experiment with organic, paid and product-led growth
• Help shape Venga's voice, brand and presence online
• Work closely with product, design and founders
• Come up with ideas, test them fast and double down on what works

Who You Are

• Curious, ambitious and highly execution-oriented
• Strong creator instincts and a good eye for what gets attention
• Comfortable moving between strategy and execution
• Excited by consumer products, social products and internet culture
• AI-native. You use new tools to move faster, not just to save time.
• You don't wait for permission. You have an idea and you're already halfway through making it happen.
• You get energy from building things
• You have strong communication skills
