About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Graphic Designer who thrives in fast-paced agency environments and understands the nuances of designing high-performance ad creatives. The ideal candidate must have a keen eye for detail, excellent time management skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with account managers and marketers.
This role requires a designer who can seamlessly balance creativity with performance-driven strategy, ensuring that every creative asset is optimized for ad success.
This role is open to both on-site and remote team members, giving you flexibility in how you work.
Key Responsibilities
- Create high-quality ad creatives optimized for paid media across Meta, Google, and other performance marketing platforms.
- Strategically craft designs that maximize engagement, click-through rates (CTR), and conversions, considering best practices for different industries.
- Work closely with account managers, marketers, and copywriters to ensure creative assets align with client objectives and campaign goals.
- Effectively manage timelines and deliver projects within tight deadlines without compromising quality.
- Maintain a deep understanding of how different creative elements (e.g., colors, text placement, CTA, composition) affect ad performance.
- Proactively analyze and iterate on creatives based on A/B testing and performance data insights.
- Stay updated on design trends, platform algorithm changes, and ad performance strategies to enhance creative effectiveness.
- Adapt creatives to meet the branding and marketing needs of different industries, including e-commerce, finance, healthcare, and more.
- Work harmoniously within a small, high-performing team, ensuring seamless collaboration and workflow efficiency.
What You Bring
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in a digital marketing agency or performance-driven design role.
- Strong portfolio showcasing performance-driven ad creatives designed for Meta, Google, and other paid media platforms.
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and other industry-standard design tools.
- Familiarity with Figma, Canva, or other design tools is a plus.
- Deep understanding of ad performance factors, including visual hierarchy, readability, and call-to-action (CTA) optimization.
- Ability to produce high-quality creatives quickly while maintaining strategic alignment with campaign objectives.
- Strong time management skills, capable of handling multiple projects and meeting tight deadlines.
- Experience working in a fast-paced agency environment and handling a diverse portfolio of clients.
- Knowledge of motion graphics or video editing is a bonus but not mandatory.
