Position Overview
We are seeking a Performance Marketing & Growth Manager to accelerate SharkNinja’s digital growth across Singapore & Malaysia. This role will focus on paid campaign optimisation, analytics, and website performance while working closely with the Shark and Ninja Marketing teams to continuously improve messaging, creative effectiveness, and conversion performance.
This is a highly hands-on role suited for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment and enjoys building systems, testing ideas, and driving measurable results.

Roles And Responsibilities
- Performance Marketing & Growth Partner closely with appointed media agency to plan, execute, and optimise paid media strategies across Social, Affiliate, Search & Programmatic to grow high-intent traffic to .com and marketplaces.
- Analyse campaign performance and proactively challenge agency recommendations using data-driven insights, ensuring optimisation decisions are aligned to revenue, ROAS, and CAC outcomes.
- Monitor organic social and KOL performance metrics, working with marketing teams to improve performance effectiveness.
- Identify and recommend opportunities to scale new acquisition channels, audiences, and performance partnerships to drive incremental growth.
- Creative & Messaging Optimisation Work closely with the Shark and Ninja Marketing Managers to identify creative performance gaps and develop optimisation recommendations.
- Lead performance-driven creative testing frameworks, translating campaign data into actionable messaging and creative improvements tailored to local audiences.
- Performance Tracking, Experimentation & CRO Build and maintain performance dashboards (using GA4) across key KPIs (traffic quality, sessions, outbound clicks, CVR proxies, and revenue signals), leveraging tracking pixels and attribution insights to optimise traffic effectiveness and drive high-intent traffic from paid and owned channels to key e-commerce marketplaces, while ensuring clear performance visibility for stakeholders.
- Design and execute A/B testing frameworks across media creatives, landing pages, and key site journeys to improve conversion performance Analyse user behaviour through GA4 (or equivalent) to uncover insights, identify conversion friction points, and recommend CRO improvements with the end objective of driving purchases.
- Requirements: Minimum 8 years of experience in performance marketing or digital growth roles, ideally in consumer product businesses Proven experience managing paid media with strong results across Meta and TikTok Data-driven with strong analytical skills and fluency in tools like GA4, Meta Ads Manager, and Looker Studio Strong knowledge of Shopify and experience running an e-commerce site end-to-end Agile mindset, thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment Data analytics and metrics management skills
