About the opportunity
We're hiring on behalf of a Singapore-based consumer wellness brand entering its next chapter as part of the DSG Consumer Partners (DSGCP) portfolio. The brand is a category leader in functional recovery in Singapore — with top selling position in Guardian, plus an established D2C and marketplace footprint.
The brand is being relaunched and scaled under new ownership with an experienced CEO and a focused regional expansion plan across Asia over the next 24 months.
You'll be one of the first hires in the new chapter and will own the entire performance and e-commerce growth engine.
What you'll do
- Own paid acquisition.
- Run and scale Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and Shopee Ads. Build and iterate creative testing rhythms.
- Manage budgets, targets, and reporting weekly
- Own Shopify D2C. Conversion rate optimization, landing page testing, AOV growth, post-purchase journey.
- The site is intact but has had minimal investment for the past 18+ months so there’s real upside
- Own Shopee Mall (and TikTok Shop). Drive campaign performance through 4.4, 10.10, 11.11, 12.12 events, manage keyword bidding, optimise listings, grow review velocity.
- Shopee Mall status is already in place.
- Tiktok needs to be built
- Build retention from zero.
- Klaviyo flows (welcome, abandoned cart, post-purchase, win-back, sub onboarding) — none of this currently exists.
- Stand it up, measure it, iterate
- Own the data.
- Weekly performance dashboard.
- Channel-level ROAS, CAC, AOV, sub conversion, repeat rate.
- Bring numerical clarity to the business
- Plan and execute Malaysia launch.
- Set up MY ad accounts, Shopify storefront, Shopee MY, TikTok Shop MY. Localise creative and targeting
- Run AI as your second pair of hands.
- Use it to generate ad creative variants at testing volume (15+ per week, working with the Content Creator), draft Klaviyo flows and ad copy, analyse channel performance, and automate the reporting and dashboards you'd otherwise spend half a day on. We hire on the assumption that AI is a daily productivity layer and not a novelty
What we're looking for
- 4–7 years in performance marketing for a D2C consumer brand.
- Ideally one strong stint at a Singapore-based brand that scaled past SGD 5M annual revenue
- Hands-on operator.
- You ran the ad accounts yourself and like to get into the weeds
- Proven expertise in: Shopify analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, Klaviyo, Shopee Seller Centre
- Strong commercial instinct.
- Comfortable owning blended ROAS, payback periods, and channel mix decisions
- Comfortable working in a small team in a turnaround / relaunch context.
- Roll-up-sleeves mentality, weekly iteration rhythm
- Singapore-based or willing to be in Singapore within 60 days

- Multi-market experience (SG + MY, or SG + HK)
- Experience in the health and wellness / supplement categoryTikTok Shop and live commerce experience
- Bahasa Malaysia language skills
