Performance Marketing Manager

Now, we offer multi-brand products like Endless Rose, English Factory, Gray Lab, and Free the Roses. We offer well-designed and valued fashion goods to our consumers.

What you will do
Paid Media & Growth
- Manage and optimize campaigns across Meta, Google, and other platforms
- Develop full-funnel strategies to drive traffic, conversions, and revenue
- Monitor performance, adjust budgets, and refine targeting
Analytics & Optimization
- Track KPIs such as CAC, ROAS, conversion rates, and LTV
- Provide regular performance reports with actionable insights
- Identify growth opportunities through testing and data analysis
Creative & Campaign Execution
- Collaborate with creative and branding teams on ad development
- Run A/B tests on creatives, audiences, and landing pages
- Optimize the customer journey from click to purchase
SEO & Digital Performance
- Oversee SEO strategy to improve organic traffic and visibility
- Monitor website performance, rankings, and user behavior
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with E-Commerce, Sales, and Brand teams
- Support product launches and seasonal campaigns
What we looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred
- 3–6+ years in performance marketing (fashion/e-commerce required)
- Strong experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads
- Proficient in analytics tools (Google Analytics, Shopify, etc.)
- Proven track record improving ROAS and reducing CAC
Pay: From $75,000.00 per year
