Segment : Mars WrigleyContract : Permanent/CDILocation : Paris & Haguenau (near to Strasbourg)The M&M’S Performance Marketing Manager is responsible for driving traffic and sales for M&M’S DTC & DTB online businesses (mms.com) in several markets in Europe.
He/she defines future growth opportunities (occasions, media, partnerships, etc.) and uses a data-driven approach to maximize strategic decision-making for the performance of the channel.
This role will manage the multi-million euros paid media budget, being in charge of online performance-based marketing channels (e.g. search, social, display/retargeting, affiliate, etc.), for our European digital business.
The performance Marketing Manager will oversee the day-to-day partnerships with our media and advertising/marketing agencies, and will collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams such as Brand, Creative, CRM, Finance, and Merchandising in executing 360 campaigns for the M&M’s brand and ecosystem.
Further, this associate is responsible for communication on performance trends & results and informing senior leadership on a weekly/monthly/quarterly basis, highlighting opportunities for continuous improvement in the EU Digital market.
Lastly, he/she is owning reporting tools and dashboards and driving the adoption within the business of the newly implemented attribution and marketing mix modelling tool to improve incrementality measurement and lead to more data-driven decision making for the business. This person can be led to manage one to two interns in the role to help develop the business.
What are we looking for ?Minimum of a BA/BS in Marketing or Business Administration5-10 years of digital marketing experience at a similar levelHands-on experience with DTC acquisition marketing initiatives (Google, Meta, etc.)Demonstrated experience managing 7-figure annual media/acquisition budgets, including forecasting and budget allocations.
Development of promotional strategies and management of promotional calendar and related activations for mms.com in EU.Collaborate with EU Digital leader and other global Digital team members for creative assets, promotions, customer service, supply chain, and business development.
Regular monitor, analyze for trend, recommend improvements, and report performance against marketing KPIs (current plan and prior year) for sales channelsServe as digital marketing subject matter expert, maintaining awareness of best practices, industry trends, benchmarks, and competitive activity.
Handle day-to-day management/accounting of marketing budget, invoicing, and financial processes.
Contribute to annual marketing strategy and lead planning processes as neededCollaborate with the M&M’S Ecosystem and Global Mars associates to share insights and drive efficiencies.
Maintain relationships with key agency and media partners such as Meta, Google, Pinterest etc, disseminating key learnings to the organization.
Partner with cross-functional team members to ensure shared goals, objectives and initiatives are realized while making decisions in line with the Five Principles of Mars.
