Be at the forefront of Digital knowledge (focusing on SEM, Display, Social, Analytics) by keeping up to date with industry news and developments
Develop an understanding of the various digital media channels and the potential for them in clients marketing activity
Lead the day to day client relationship, campaign or project development and execution for clients
Set and manage expectations of client and internal teams, especially to ensure the team has the optimal time scale to deliver quality work and service
Lead development of regular results & resource analysis & reporting, recommendations and presentations
Help in preparation for and attend business pitches as required
Develop the skills and knowledge of the Digital Executive/ Specialist through mentoring, supervision and providing continual feedback on performance
Delegate the appropriate tasks and the appropriate amount of tasks to ensure an acceptable workload
Requirements
At least 3 years of experience in media planning in an agency environment, candidates with more experience will be considered as Digital Performance Manager
Experience in working on digital performance/ integrated marketing programs, with an understanding of how digital can build off of other media channels
Experience in full-cycle planning from consumer insights, to marketing strategy, to data analytics is a plus
Good relationship built with media vendors
Proficiency in the full suite of Microsoft Office tools
Fluent, persuasive, and concise English presentation and writing skills
Positive “can-do” attitude
Cantonese and good command of English
