Job Description
As a Brand Marketing Manager, you will play a critical role in scaling Korean beauty and consumer brands in the U.S. market through influencer-driven commerce strategies.
This role focuses on turning viral social content into measurable GMV growth across major U.S. platforms such as Amazon and TikTok Shop. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute influencer-led campaigns, manage large-scale creator seeding, and optimize performance marketing strategies that translate content momentum into real sales impact.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute influencer-driven commerce strategies to scale Korean beauty and consumer brands in the U.S. market.
- Select hero products and create creator-led campaigns that can generate viral reach and strong e-commerce conversion.
- Plan and execute influencer content strategies optimized for platforms such as TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
- Lead large-scale influencer seeding and paid campaigns to generate consistent social buzz and maintain brand momentum.
- Collaborate with internal teams including e-commerce operations, logistics, creator community management, and performance marketing to ensure successful campaign execution.
- Track campaign performance and optimize strategy based on creator performance, content engagement, and GMV impact.
- Build relationships with creators and partners to develop scalable creator ecosystems that support long-term brand growth.-----------------------------------
Qualifications
- Experience selling products through Amazon, TikTok Shop, or other social commerce platforms using influencer marketing.
- Strong understanding of short-form content dynamics, including viral hooks, creator storytelling, and content performance drivers.
- Experience running influencer campaigns that generated significant reach or measurable sales growth.
- Ability to coordinate large-scale creator seeding campaigns and manage high volumes of influencer collaborations.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze campaign performance and optimize for GMV outcomes.
