The Collaborative Auckland is an education consultancy based in New Zealand. We specialise in recruiting and supporting students who wish to study in New Zealand, the United Kingdom, and the United States.
We work with students from all nationalities and provide guidance on study options, university applications, student visa requirements, accommodation, and general study preparation.
Role Description
We are looking for motivated Freelance Student Recruitment Officers to work with us remotely on a commission basis.
This role is ideal for someone who has strong access to, or connections with, high school students, undergraduate students, postgraduate students, parents, schools, education centres, or student communities, either locally or internationally.
The work can be completed remotely and during your own free time.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for
- Promoting our student recruitment and education consultancy services.
- Referring students who are interested in studying overseas.
- Communicating with prospective students and parents.
- Sharing accurate information provided by our company.
- Supporting students through the initial enquiry stage.
- Helping achieve monthly recruitment targets.
Monthly Target
We are looking for candidates who can refer
- Minimum requirement: 3 paid students per month
- Preferred target: 5 paid students per month
A “paid student” means a student who successfully pays our consultancy service fee.
Commission Structure
You will receive 20% commission for each paid student, which is:
NZD $110 per paid student
Example
- 3 paid students per month = NZD $330 commission
- 5 paid students per month = NZD $550 commission
- More students = higher commission potential

We are looking for someone who

- Is confident promoting education services.
- Can work independently and remotely.
- Is motivated by commission-based income.
- Has an interest in international education and student recruitment.
- Can communicate professionally with students and families.
Previous experience in student recruitment, education consultancy, sales, marketing, or admissions is preferred but not essential.
