At Halian, we’re expanding our Technology Practice and looking for an ambitious Technology Recruitment Consultant to take ownership of senior and critical hires across enterprise technology, digital transformation, and managed services in the Middle East.
This is a true 360 desk with the opportunity to partner directly with CIOs, CTOs, CDOs, and senior technology leaders across major enterprises, government entities, and high-growth digital platforms.🔍
The Opportunity
- You will own the full recruitment lifecycle — from defining your Ideal Client Profile and winning new business, through to delivering senior mandates and building long-term client partnerships.💡 What You’ll Be Doing🎯 Strategic Market Focus
- Define and focus on your Ideal Client Profile (enterprise, government, semi-government & high-growth private sector)
- Build deep expertise across 2–3 core tech verticals (e.g. Cloud, Cybersecurity, Data & AI, ERP, Software Engineering, Digital/Product)
- Develop targeted account plans across UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, and wider GCCStay ahead of key regional trends: AI adoption, cloud transformation, smart government initiatives📈 Business Development
- Execute multi-channel outreach (LinkedIn, email, events, calls)
- Deliver insights on salary benchmarking, talent availability & hiring trends
- Position yourself as a trusted advisor on workforce strategy & tech hiring
- Build strong relationships with technology leaders & transformation teams🏆 Senior Hiring & Team Builds
- Win and deliver exclusive mandates for senior roles:CIO, CTO, CDOChief Architect, VP Engineering
- Head of Cybersecurity / Data & AIProgramme & Transformation Directors
- Partner on large-scale technology transformations (digital factories, cloud teams, innovation hubs)
- Provide advisory on org design, compensation & talent strategy🤝 Candidate Engagement
- Build a high-quality tech talent network across perm & contract
- Headhunt niche talent (AI/ML, DevOps, SAP/Oracle, Cybersecurity, Product Engineering)
- Deliver an excellent candidate experience end-to-end
- Support professionals with career guidance & market insights✅ What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in 360 recruitment (technology preferred) OR strong BD background with interest in tech
- Track record of winning new business & managing senior stakeholders
- Strong commercial mindset and negotiation skills
- Passion for technology and digital innovation
