Senior Recruiter

Sanzen Developers is looking for an experienced and results-driven Senior Recruiter to join our growing team in Dubai.

We are seeking a recruitment professional with strong experience in the Real Estate Developer industry, capable of handling end-to-end recruitment across technical, sales, engineering, architecture, marketing, and corporate functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding
• Handle hiring for Sales, Relationship Managers, Engineers, Architects, Marketing, Admin, and Corporate roles
• Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, referrals, and headhunting
• Conduct screening interviews and coordinate hiring processes with department heads
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
• Prepare recruitment reports and maintain recruitment trackers
• Ensure smooth candidate experience and timely hiring process
• Coordinate offer management and onboarding documentation

Requirements

• 4–5 years of recruitment experience
• Strong experience in Real Estate Developer recruitment
• Experience hiring technical and corporate professionals
• Strong sourcing, headhunting, and interviewing skills
• Good understanding of UAE hiring market and recruitment practices
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Immediate joiners preferred
