Sanzen Developers is looking for an experienced and results-driven Senior Recruiter to join our growing team in Dubai.
We are seeking a recruitment professional with strong experience in the Real Estate Developer industry, capable of handling end-to-end recruitment across technical, sales, engineering, architecture, marketing, and corporate functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding
- Handle hiring for Sales, Relationship Managers, Engineers, Architects, Marketing, Admin, and Corporate roles
- Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, referrals, and headhunting
- Conduct screening interviews and coordinate hiring processes with department heads
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
- Prepare recruitment reports and maintain recruitment trackers
- Ensure smooth candidate experience and timely hiring process
- Coordinate offer management and onboarding documentation
Requirements
- 4–5 years of recruitment experience
- Strong experience in Real Estate Developer recruitment
- Experience hiring technical and corporate professionals
- Strong sourcing, headhunting, and interviewing skills
- Good understanding of UAE hiring market and recruitment practices
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Immediate joiners preferred
