The Role

As our specialist recruitment consultant, you will be advising clients, on talent acquisition and management strategies within the Sales & Marketing/ Human Resources/ Finance & Strategy functions.

You will also be the career advisor, evaluating candidates' aspirations and goals, and providing value-added advice on career opportunities.

In addition, you will identify new business opportunities, establish relationships, manage and grow the client portfolio.

Requirements

• 2+ years post-grad experience in fast-paced, service-driven settings (Sales & Marketing/HR/Finance preferred).
• Passion for Consumer & Retail trends.
• Entrepreneurial drive, stellar relationship-building, and communication skills.
• Thrives in collaborative, high-integrity teams.
